One of our favorite sushi gems. Menu's a little limited, but the waitstaff is nice and the hot meals (our kids aren't sushi eaters) are good. The Ninety Nine, Rainbow Roll, and Lobster Roll are all favorites.

I went their one time and I loved the food, it was great. In fact, I went there with my best friend David Salas. The atmosphere was perfect. We had been riding horses all day and it had been a really good day. We were wonderfully exhausted, in the mood that you get when your so tired that everything seems funny. We had stopped in for a soda and an appetizer each. It was very sobering when our $34.00 bill came. We both agreed never to go there again. We never have been back.

Visited Ichiban while in tehachapi for my son's baseball all star tournament, thoroughly and pleasantly surprised! Sushi was excellent!! Service was great, will definitely be back!!
